We craft our bags using untreated Italian nappa leather, which stands apart from conventional leathers thanks to its plastic-free surface. Unlike today’s industry standard, our leather is only oiled and waxed, allowing it to age naturally, develop a rich patina, and last for many years.
No synthetic coatings that peel or crack – just pure, honest leather.

Because we preserve the leather’s natural finish, individual characteristics such as scars, insect bites, or healed scratches remain visible. These features are intentionally embraced as part of the design, showcasing the authenticity of the material.

The suede lining comes from a small Italian tannery and is produced using a traditional tanning method. The result is a surface that feels super soft, warm, and comfortable to the touch – a perfect match for the natural character of our leather.

The knife roll can be easily wiped clean with a damp cloth. For more stubborn stains like dried sauce or dough, we recommend softening the area first with a little moisture. Avoid excessive rubbing with wet or abrasive cloths, as this may lead to slight wear of the waxed surface.

Please note: not machine washable.

Oil and grease splashes will be absorbed naturally into the leather without leaving visible stains.
Light scratches or worn areas can be treated with leather care products to restore the surface.
