Carbon Steel

With a thickness of around 2.5 mm and a hardness of 60–62 HRC, this knife is exceptionally robust and reliable.

Thanks to the high-carbon steel, it retains its sharpness for a long time—but it is not stainless and therefore requires proper care to prevent rust and maintain performance.

Forged by Hand

Each knife is hand-forged in Austria.

Throughout the entire production process, the knife remains in the hands of the master bladesmith—so any imperfections are immediately noticed. Every step is both craftsmanship and quality control in one, ensuring a flawless final result.

Engraving

On request, we can add a custom engraving to the knife blade.

Due to technical limitations, engravings are limited to a maximum of 8 characters.

Personalised engravings are especially popular for gifts and add a thoughtful, lasting touch.
